The backset is either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4"(60 or 70 mm)
The hole in the door edge is 1"(25mm)
The door is 1 - 3/5" to 2" (40 mm to 50 mm) thick

1. Please note that the left/right door handles have different installation methods. Make sure you have the toggle buttons (L/R) set the correct orientation before proceeding with internal assembly. Otherwise, the smart door lock will not work properly.
2. The lock tongue is not retracted into the door before installation.
