Delivery Process

NOTE: Total Shipping Time = Processing Time (order preparation) + Shipping Time

  • Order Preparation: After we receive your order information, we will begin processing your order (order preparation may take 1 to 2 workdays).
  1. Inventory verification.
  2. Confirmation of whether the products in your order need to be customized.
  3. Verification of your shipping address.
  4. If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse. 
  • After shipment, we will send you an email with shipping information, including tracking number and tracking website. At that time, please check your email.

  • If you find that your package has not been delivered within the specified time; the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not yet received it; items are missing or incorrect in your package, please contact customer service immediately.
  • Shipping time is estimated based on the order payment date, but actual shipping time may be longer than expected due to an invalid address or other reasons.
