Refund Policy

Geonfino is committed to providing you with the best shopping experience as well as the best service to ensure your satisfaction and confidence. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy for your benefit protection. We are willing to provide after-sales support according to the following return and refund policy. Only one return or exchange is offered per order.

To be eligible for a return, your product should be:

- In good and unused condition, still with original tags, packaging and stickers. Be in a condition that does not affect secondary sales;

- Not be missing any accessories or parts;

- Not require washing or soaking; 

Products that cannot be returned for a refund:

- Damage due to personal misuse;

- Damage that affect secondary sales due to personal reasons;

- Gift cards;

- Products that have been personalized for you or manufactured to your specifications, unless defective.

- Discounted products.

The following will not be considered as defects and will not entitle you to a refund:

- Failure due to normal wear and tear;

- Damage caused by negligence, user abuse or misuse of the product;

- Damage caused by electrical surges or saltwater corrosion;

- Damage caused by failure to maintain the product properly;

- Damage caused by unauthorized alterations to the product;

- In order to finalize your refund, we require an order reference number.

- In some cases, only a partial refund will be made (if applicable):

- Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts that are not caused by us;

- Any product delivered more than 14 natural days after delivery.

How to cancel/amend your order

You can cancel your order or change your order information (e.g. color, size) free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled in principle. If you insist on canceling, we will charge you 50% of the amount of your order as a refund for the storage, order preparation and shipping costs we incurred. This fee will be deducted from your product refund.

How to start an exchange/return request

- We only accept exchanges within 30 natural days from the date of receipt.

- In order to complete your return/exchange, we need the order ID.

- If you receive a defective product, please include a photo or video of the defect.

- We do not accept return/exchange requests for any artificial damage.

- You can email your specific exchange request to support@geonfino.com or contact us via the “Contact Us” page.

If you need to return products purchased on the Site, you should make your return request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products and return them within 14 natural days.

- We will cover all shipping costs when products are shipped incorrectly, damaged in the transit or defective. Postage costs will be at your expense, except in the cases mentioned above.

Returns Address

- Start your return/exchange request as early as possible; we will send you the return/exchange shipping address and other instructions once the return/exchange request has been approved.

- Once your return/exchange request has been confirmed, we will send you the return address.

- If you return products without initiating a return/exchange request, we will not be responsible for the returned product.

- If you encounter any problems with your purchase on our website, please contact us at support@geonfino.com for a solution.

When can I receive my refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request (approved or denied). If your refund is approved, we will process it within 15 workdays and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within 8 days.

If you have not yet received your refund (confirmation of acceptance), please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company for information regarding your refund; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.  

It usually takes some processing time before a refund is received. If you have done all of the above but not received your refund, please contact us at support@geonfino.com

Promotional products (where applicable) can only be refunded for regular priced products, but unfortunately products on sale cannot be refunded. 

Shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

NOTE

- Discounted combination products returned but less than the discounted number of pieces, reserved products will be calculated at the original price;

- The amount of the products returned does not meet the full discount criteria, the original price will be calculated;

- After the return, the product does not meet the criteria for a gift, you need to return the gift with the returned product (new and unopened); otherwise, the original price of the gift will be charged.

- The shipping cost for each return and exchange (not caused by our fault) is your responsibility and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
